تقدّم Boh AI والمكتبة المعمارية («نحن») خدمات رقمية للمعماريين والمصمّمين، وتشمل: منصة ذكاء اصطناعي بأدوات للتصميم والريندر والخامات وحصر التكاليف والإنتاجية، وإضافة Boh Agent لبرامج 3ds Max وAutoCAD وSketchUp وRevit، ومكتبة معمارية بملفات قابلة للتنزيل، ودبلومة الذكاء الاصطناعي ومحتوى تدريبي، وبرامج مرتبطة بها. نخدم عملاءنا منذ عام 2020.

بإنشاء حساب أو تفعيل باقة أو كود أو استخدام أي من خدماتنا، فإنك تقرّ بأنك قرأت هذه الشروط ووافقت عليها. وإذا لم توافق فنرجو عدم استخدام الخدمات.

Boh AI and the Architectural Library ("Boh AI", "we", "us") provide digital services for architects and designers: an AI platform with design, rendering, material, cost-estimation and productivity tools; the Boh Agent plugin for 3ds Max, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Revit; an Architectural Library of downloadable files; an AI Diploma and training content; and related programs. We have served our clients since 2020.

By creating an account, activating a plan or code, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

• يجب تقديم بيانات صحيحة (الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، الهاتف) والمحافظة على سرّية بيانات الدخول.
• الحساب شخصي، ولا يجوز مشاركته أو إعادة بيع الدخول إليه.
• يمنحك البريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور الواحدة الدخول إلى Boh AI، وإلى المكتبة المعمارية متى كانت باقتك تتضمنها.
• يمكن استخدام حسابات المكتبة والدورات على 3 أجهزة كحدّ أقصى وليس في وقت واحد، وقد يؤدي تجاوز ذلك إلى إيقاف الدخول تلقائياً.
• الحساب المجاني: حساب واحد لكل شبكة ولكل شخص.
• أنت مسؤول عن كل نشاط يتم من خلال حسابك، وعليك إبلاغنا فوراً عند الاشتباه في أي استخدام غير مصرّح به.

• You must provide accurate information (name, email, phone) and keep your login details confidential.
• An account is personal. Sharing it, or reselling access to it, is not permitted.
• One email and password give you access to Boh AI and, where your plan includes it, the Architectural Library.
• Library and course accounts may be used on up to 3 devices, and not simultaneously. Exceeding this may suspend access automatically.
• Free accounts are limited to one account per network and per person.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

• الباقات (Go وPlus وPro للأفراد، وX1 وX2 للشركات، والباقات الخاصة أو المخصّصة) تُفعَّل بكود تفعيل وتسري للمدة المحدّدة فيها (شهرية أو سنوية أو مدة أخرى).
• تتضمن كل باقة رصيد نقاط، وقد تتضمن توكنز Boh Agent وصلاحية للمكتبة المعمارية، وفق ما هو معلن في صفحة الأسعار أو في الباقة وقت الشراء.
• تُستهلك النقاط عند استخدام الأدوات المدفوعة، وتكلفة كل أداة معلنة داخل المنصة. يُخصم أولاً من نقاط الباقة ثم من النقاط الإضافية (الهدايا أو المكافآت أو الشحن).
• تتجدّد الحصص الشهرية للباقات مع بداية كل فترة ولا تتراكم. أما النقاط الإضافية والحصص التي تُمنح مرة واحدة فتبقى متاحة وفق الشروط التي مُنحت بها.
• يعمل Boh Agent برصيد توكنز مستقل، ويُستهلك بحسب المستوى الذي تختاره، ويُسجَّل الاستهلاك في حسابك.
• الحساب المجاني يحصل على رصيد ترحيبي مرة واحدة. أما حساب «صندوق الهدايا» فهو حساب مشترك بحدود يومية وشهرية تسري على جميع مستخدميه مجتمعين.
• يمكنك مراجعة سجل نقاطك من قائمة حسابك.
• يجوز لنا تعديل الأسعار والحدود وتكلفة الأدوات بما يعكس تكاليف التشغيل وتحديثات المنصة، ولا يؤثر ذلك على فترة سبق دفع قيمتها، إلا إذا تم إيقاف أداة أو استبدالها.

• Plans (Go, Plus, Pro for individuals; X1, X2 for companies; and special or custom plans) are activated with an activation code and run for the period stated in the plan (monthly, annual, or another period).
• Each plan includes a points balance, and may include Boh Agent tokens and Architectural Library access, as displayed on the pricing page or the plan itself at the time of purchase.
• Points are consumed when you use paid tools; the cost of each tool is displayed in the platform. Plan points are used first, then any additional points (gifts, rewards or top-ups).
• Monthly plan allowances renew at the start of each period and do not accumulate. Additional points and one-time allowances remain available according to the terms under which they were granted.
• Boh Agent uses a separate token balance. Tokens are consumed according to the level you select, and the usage is recorded in your account.
• Free accounts receive a one-time welcome balance. The Gift Box account is a shared account with daily and monthly limits that apply to all its users collectively.
• You can review your points history from your account menu.
• We may adjust prices, limits and tool costs to reflect operating costs and platform updates. Changes do not affect a period that has already been paid for, except where a tool is retired or replaced.

• كل كود للاستخدام مرة واحدة، ولا يمكن نقله بعد تفعيله، وقد يكون له تاريخ انتهاء.
• الأكواد الواردة من مصادر غير رسمية غير معتمدة ولا نتحمّل مسؤوليتها.
• الأكواد والنقاط والهدايا الممنوحة مجاناً (مثل العروض أو رسائل فريقنا أو الدعوات أو برنامج Exchange) ليس لها قيمة نقدية ولا يمكن استبدالها بمال.

• Each code is for single use, is not transferable once activated, and may carry an expiry date.
• Codes obtained from unofficial sources are not valid and we are not responsible for them.
• Codes, points and gifts granted free of charge (for example through promotions, messages from our team, invitations or the Exchange Program) have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

• جميع منتجاتنا رقمية وتُسلَّم عند التفعيل.
• وعليه، لا يمكن استرداد المبالغ المدفوعة بعد إتمام التفعيل.
• إذا واجهت مشكلة حقيقية في الوصول إلى الخدمة، أو حدث خطأ من جانبنا، يُرجى التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من الدفع لنعالجها بشكل عاجل.

• All our products are digital and are delivered upon activation.
• Accordingly, payments are non-refundable after activation is completed.
• If you experience a genuine problem accessing your service, or an error occurs on our side, contact us within 48 hours of payment so that we can resolve it promptly.

• بعد تأكيد الدفع يُرسَل إليك كود التفعيل أو تُفعَّل الباقة، عادةً خلال 12 ساعة، ثم يكون التفعيل فورياً.
• جميع عمليات التسليم رقمية فقط. ونعتمد على منصات سحابية عالمية موثوقة إضافة إلى خوادم للنسخ الاحتياطي والتحديثات.

• After payment is confirmed, your activation code or plan is issued to you, usually within 12 hours, and activation is then immediate.
• All deliveries are digital. We rely on established global cloud platforms together with backup and update servers.

• ملفات المكتبة مخصّصة للاستخدام في مشاريعك المهنية والشخصية. لا يجوز إعادة بيعها أو إعادة توزيعها أو نشرها كمكتبة أو مشاركة صلاحية الدخول إليها.
• ترتبط صلاحية المكتبة بباقة سارية أو كود مكتبة أو مدة وصول ممنوحة لحسابك، وتنتهي بانتهاء المدة ما لم تُجدَّد.
• التنزيل خاضع للاستخدام العادل. وتراقب أنظمتنا النشاط غير المعتاد تلقائياً، وقد يُقيَّد التنزيل المفرط أو الآلي لحماية الخدمة لجميع المشتركين.
• الحسابات المنشأة قبل النظام الحالي قد يكون لها ترتيب انتقالي يُعلَن لأصحابها بشكل منفصل.

• Library files are provided for use in your own professional and personal projects. Reselling, redistributing, republishing the files as a library, or sharing your access is not permitted.
• Library access is tied to an active plan, a library code, or an access period granted to your account, and ends when the period ends unless renewed.
• Downloads are subject to fair use. Our systems monitor unusual activity automatically, and excessive or automated downloading may be limited to protect the service for all subscribers.
• Accounts created before the current system may have a transition arrangement that is announced to them separately.

• تقدّم أدواتنا مقترحات وصوراً ورسومات وتقديرات ونصوصاً بناءً على المدخلات التي تقدّمها. والنتائج وسيلة مساعدة لعملك، وليست بديلاً عن المراجعة الهندسية أو الإنشائية أو القانونية أو المالية المتخصّصة. وتتحمّل مسؤولية التحقق من أي مخرجات قبل استخدامها في مشروع أو عرضها على عميل.
• تحتفظ بملكية المحتوى الذي ترفعه والنتائج التي تنتجها، مع مراعاة القانون المعمول به وحقوق الغير في المواد التي تقدّمها، وتمنحنا الإذن المحدود اللازم لمعالجة المحتوى بغرض تقديم الخدمة.
• يُمنع رفع محتوى مخالف للقانون أو ينتهك حقوق الآخرين أو لا تملك حق استخدامه، ويجوز لنا رفضه أو إزالته.
• قد نعالج طلباتك عبر مزوّدي ذكاء اصطناعي وخدمات سحابية متخصّصين لغرض تقديم الخدمة فقط.
• قد تتفاوت الإتاحة والسرعة وجودة المخرجات ولا نضمنها.

• Our AI tools generate suggestions, images, drawings, estimates and text based on the inputs you provide. Results are aids to your work; they are not a substitute for professional engineering, structural, legal or financial review. You are responsible for verifying any output before using it in a project or presenting it to a client.
• You keep ownership of the content you upload and the results you generate, subject to applicable law and to the rights of third parties in materials you provide. You grant us the limited permission needed to process your content to deliver the service.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or that you are not entitled to use. We may refuse or remove such content.
• We may process your requests through specialized third-party AI and cloud providers solely to provide the service.
• Availability, speed and output quality may vary and are not guaranteed.

• يعمل Boh Agent داخل برنامج التصميم لديك عبر إضافة مثبّتة على جهازك، وينفّذ أوامر منظّمة تطلبها أو توافق عليها.
• تتحمّل مسؤولية الاحتفاظ بنسخ احتياطية من ملفات مشاريعك ومراجعة النتائج، ولا نتحمّل مسؤولية فقدان أو تلف ملفات المشاريع الناتج عن استخدام الإضافة.
• قد يلزم تحديث الإضافة لاستمرار التوافق، ونعلن التحديثات المهمة داخل المنصة.

• Boh Agent operates inside your design software through a plugin installed on your own device, and applies structured commands you request or approve.
• You are responsible for keeping backups of your project files and for reviewing the results. We are not liable for loss or damage to project files arising from the use of the plugin.
• Plugin updates may be required for continued compatibility, and we announce important updates inside the platform.

يتحمّل المشتركون الذين يستخدمون خدمة Api Key لإتاحة أدوات Boh AI لأعضائهم المسؤولية عن أعضائهم ومحتواهم والتزامهم بهذه الشروط، ويُخصم استهلاك الأعضاء من حصص المشترك.

Subscribers who use the Api Key service to offer Boh AI tools to their own members are responsible for their members, their content, and their compliance with these Terms. Usage by members is deducted from the subscriber's allowances.

الدخول إلى الدبلومة شخصي ومخصّص للطالب المسجَّل. المحاضرات والمواد لأغراض تعلّم الطالب نفسه، ولا يجوز مشاركتها أو تسجيلها للتوزيع أو إعادة نشرها. وتُصدَر الشهادات وفق متطلبات الدبلومة والامتحان النهائي المعلنة للطلاب.

Diploma access is personal and is granted to the registered student. Lectures and materials are for the student's own learning and may not be shared, recorded for distribution, or republished. Certificates are issued according to the diploma and final-examination requirements announced to students.

• يخضع برنامج Exchange للعقد المعروض في صفحة البرنامج وقت التقديم.
• برنامج الدعوات: عندما يشترك الشخص المدعو في باقة لأول مرة عبر الدعوة، تُضاف نقاط هدية (بحسب المعلن في نافذة الدعوة) إلى الحسابين. تُمنح المكافأة مرة واحدة لكل شخص مدعو، وقد يؤدي إساءة الاستخدام أو دعوة النفس أو الحسابات الوهمية إلى إلغاء المكافآت والإيقاف. ويجوز تعديل المكافآت وقيمها وحدودها أو إيقاف البرنامج في أي وقت دون التأثير على المكافآت الممنوحة سابقاً.

• The Exchange Program is governed by the contract displayed on the program page at the time of submission.
• Invitation program: when an invited person subscribes to a plan for the first time through an invitation, bonus points (as displayed in the invitation window) are added to both accounts. A reward is granted once per invited person. Abuse, self-invitation or fake accounts may lead to cancellation of rewards and suspension. Rewards, amounts and limits may be changed, or the program paused, at any time without affecting rewards already granted.

قد نرسل إليك إشعارات الخدمة وتنبيهات الأمان وإشعارات الباقة والرصيد، وعروضاً أو هدايا من حين لآخر، عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو كرسائل داخل المنصة ومواقعنا. وإشعارات الخدمة ضرورية وليست اختيارية.

We may send you service notices, security alerts, plan and balance notifications, and occasional offers or gifts by email or as messages inside the platform and our websites. Service notices are essential and are not optional.

يتولى فريقنا الطلبات عبر قنوات الدعم المذكورة أدناه، وتتضمن المنصة مساعداً يجيب عن الأسئلة الشائعة. ونسعى لحل المشكلات خلال 24 ساعة في أغلب الحالات، وقد تستغرق الحالات المعقدة وقتاً أطول. ولا نقدّم دعماً للبرامج الخارجية أو غير المرخّصة.

Our team handles requests through the support channels listed below, and the platform includes an assistant that answers common questions. We aim to resolve issues within 24 hours in most cases; complex cases may take longer. We do not provide support for third-party or unlicensed software.

• البيانات التي نجمعها: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف والدولة (عند الطلب)، وبيانات الحساب والباقة، وسجل النقاط والاستخدام، وبيانات تقنية مثل معلومات الجهاز والشبكة لأغراض الأمان ومنع إساءة الاستخدام، والمحتوى الذي ترسله إلى أدواتنا لمعالجته.
• كيف نستخدمها: لإنشاء حسابك وتأمينه، وتفعيل الباقات، وتقديم الخدمات وتحسينها، وتقديم الدعم، وإرسال إشعارات الخدمة.
• تُحفظ كلمات المرور بصيغة مشفّرة (Hash)، ونطبّق إجراءات أمنية مناسبة لحساسية البيانات.
• لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية، ولا نشاركها إلا مع مزوّدي الخدمة اللازمين لتشغيلها (الاستضافة، إرسال البريد، معالجة الذكاء الاصطناعي، التفعيل)، وبضمانات مناسبة، أو عند وجود إلزام قانوني.
• يمكنك طلب الاطلاع على بيانات حسابك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها بالتواصل معنا، وقد نحتفظ ببعض السجلات متى لزم ذلك لأسباب أمنية أو محاسبية أو قانونية.

• Data we collect: name, email, phone number and country (where requested); account and plan details; points and usage history; technical data such as device and network information for security and fraud prevention; and the content you submit to our tools in order to process it.
• How we use it: to create and secure your account, activate plans, deliver and improve the services, provide support, and communicate service notices.
• Passwords are stored in hashed form. We apply security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.
• We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers necessary to operate the service (hosting, email delivery, AI processing, activation), under appropriate safeguards, or when required by law.
• You may request access, correction or deletion of your account data by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for security, accounting or legal reasons.

قد يؤدي سوء الاستخدام، ومنه مشاركة الحساب أو إعادة بيعه، أو التحايل على الحدود أو ضوابط الأجهزة، أو إساءة استخدام العروض المجانية أو البرامج، أو المحتوى المخالف للقانون، أو محاولة تعطيل الخدمة، إلى إنذار أو تقييد أو إيقاف دائم دون استرداد. وتعمل أنظمة مراقبة لحماية الحسابات ومنع إساءة الاستخدام.

Misuse, including account sharing or reselling, circumventing limits or device controls, abusing free offers or programs, unlawful content, or attempts to disrupt the service, may result in warnings, restriction, or permanent suspension without refund. Monitoring systems operate to protect accounts and prevent misuse.

• يجوز لنا تحديث الميزات أو تحسينها أو استبدالها أو إيقافها، وإجراء صيانة قد تؤثر مؤقتاً على الإتاحة.
• تُقدَّم الخدمات «كما هي». وبالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون لا نتحمّل الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية، وتقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية عن أي مطالبة على المبلغ الذي دفعته مقابل الخدمة المعنية خلال الأشهر الثلاثة السابقة للمطالبة.

• We may update, improve, replace or discontinue features, and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
• The services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the 3 months before the claim.

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، وتُنشر النسخة الحالية وتاريخها على موقعنا. ويُعدّ استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد التحديث موافقة على الشروط المحدّثة.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its date, is published on our website. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the updated Terms.

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
